Meet our board of directors
Cyril McGuire, Board Member
Mr. McGuire is the Chief Executive Office of Infinity Capital which is a private equity firm specializing in technology related investments globally. Prior to this position, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Trintech Group plc (Nasdaq:TTPA) which was established in 1987 and is a global leader in providing software solutions for the Financial Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) markets. Trintech was also involved in providing innovative solutions to the secure payment card industry. Prior to co-founding Trintech, he worked as an Investment Manager with the Industrial Credit Corporation plc, a leading Irish financial institution where his responsibilities included the appraisal of IT investment projects from the indigenous corporate sector and foreign multinationals. Cyril graduated from University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in 1980 and a Master of Business Studies in 1981.
Barry Rudolph, Executive Chairman
Mr. Rudolph is a Managing Director at The Presidio Group. Previously, Mr. Rudolph was CFO of Chipcon Group prior to its US0 million acquisition by Texas Instruments in early 2006, and post-acquisition served as General Manager of Low Power Wireless Software. Mr. Rudolph also was the Founding CEO of Figure 8 Wireless, which merged with Chipcon in 2005. Previous to founding Figure 8, Mr. Rudolph served as Vice President at Widcomm (acquired by Broadcom). Mr. Rudolph was also an investor at Chase Capital Partners (now CCMP Capital), where he executed private and growth equity investments. Prior to Chase Capital Partners, Mr. Rudolph worked on corporate finance and M&A transactions in the Investment Banking Group of Merrill Lynch & Co, in both the US and Asia. Mr. Rudolph currently serves on the Board of Directors of Hattrick Sports Group Ltd., I.D.S. Intelligent Data Systems (Canada) Inc., and IFG Network LLC. Mr. Rudolph graduated magna cum laude from Macalester College in St. Paul, MN, and received a M.B.A from Harvard Business School.
Jerko Saric, Founder and Director
Mr. Saric co-founded Hattrick in 2002 and has played an integral role in the Company’s development. Mr. Saric has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of the gaming industry in Central Europe. He has owned and run slot and casino businesses as well as technology gaming businesses. Mr Saric is also involved in the Company’s overall strategic direction and business development activities.
Karl Schade, Board Member
Mr. Schade is the CEO of The Presidio Group (“Presidio”), an independent financial services firm, based in San Francisco, California, focused on private equity, wealth advisory and investment banking. He joined Presidio in 2007 to launch the firm’s first private equity fund, which focuses on mid-market companies in the technology, financial services and medical products and services industries. Prior to Presidio, Mr. Schade was a private equity investor with Blum Capital Partners, Silver Lake Partners and The Blackstone Group. Mr. Schade serves on the boards of several firms including Hattrick, Metropolitan BancGroup and The Presidio Group. Karl is an alumnus of Claremont McKenna College and Harvard Business School.
Peter Vanhecke, Board Member
Peter Vanhecke is co-founder of Castel Capital, a private equity investment group founded in 2015. Trained as a lawyer, Peter Vanhecke began his career at the international law firm of Baker & McKenzie before becoming a strategic consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. Transitioning into investment banking, he subsequently held positions in the M&A departments of Lazard in Paris and Wasserstein Perella in London. He later joined Dresdner Kleinwort, working in their London, Frankfurt and Moscow offices. Peter Vanhecke joined Renaissance Capital’s Moscow headquarters in 2006. In 2008, he became CEO of Renaissance Capital in Ukraine and in the wider Central and Eastern European region. Between 2011 and 2015, he was the Chairman of the Management Board at Ukrnafta, Ukraine’s largest oil producer. He holds a law degree from Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium, a Master’s in Law from Northwestern University in Illinois, and an MBA from Columbia University in New York.
